This service and the images included in it may be freely used for manual mapping by human mappers in OpenStreetMap. I do not make any legal claims regarding data that is derived by human mappers from these images and entered in OpenStreetMap. Automated analysis of the images from this service with computer algorithms is only allowed for the purpose of editing and adding data in OpenStreetMap when (a) the process doing this is under direct control of the human mapper adding the data to OpenStreetMap and (b) when the computer program performing the automated analysis is publicly available under an open license. In case of self adjusting algorithms (a.k.a. artificial intelligence) this includes the training algorithms and the training data. i.e. such algorithms may only be used for automated analysis of the images from this service if both the training methods and the training data are available under an open license. Use for other purposes without individual permission is not permitted. For any questions or inquiries contact Christoph Hormann, Imagico.de Geovisualizations, https://imagico.de/services/mail-antispam.php Some of the images included contain modified Copernicus Sentinel data 2015-2024. Map layers contain maps by the USGS in the public domain, accessible from the Polar Geospatial Center, https://maps.apps.pgc.umn.edu/
