The Mani Peninsula

The Mani Peninsula is the central of three peninsulas in the south of the Peloponnese in Greece. The peninsular is full of historical sites from various periods and is a popular tourist destination. The background of this view shows the eastern part of the Peloponnese with the Isthmus of Corinth in the center, the Argolic and Saronic Gulf on the right and Athens in the far right background.
