Include files for the 'landscape of the week' project

The following include files are required for rendering the landscape of the week 2 scenes.

• Jaime's LightSys is used for the sky in some of the images
• Gilles Tran's Makeclouds is required for the clouds in some scenes.
• lnd_colormaps.zip (73kB), color maps for the landscape texturing.
• sample images for the landscape colormaps
• pigm_clouds.inc, a few simple pigment based clouds.
