The IsoCSG Library - new features

Version 0.7 of the IsoCSG Library contains the following new features:

• Exponential blob macros for smoother and more intuitive blob functions.
  
• blob linearizing macros for turning a blob function back into a linear shape function.
  
• IC_Heightfield() macro.
  
• IC_HF_Sphere() and IC_HF_Cylinder() macros for wrapping heightfields around shapes.
  
• torus shape macros creating various torus based shapes.
